Wind BD Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 General Terms

Wind bd (windbd.ws) is an online gaming and lottery platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between wind bd and its users.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

Wind bd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with wind bd, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
• Each person may register only one account — multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, or device are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• To update any account information after registration, please contact our support team.

Wind bd reserves the right to close any account opened with false information without prior verification. If any details provided at registration change, wind bd must be notified within 7 days.

3 Age Verification & KYC

Wind bd verifies the age and identity of all users. This is part of our licensing requirements and responsible gaming policy.

Documents required for KYC

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie photo (taken with your ID document)
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement (if required)

Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete. wind bd aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules strictly apply to all deposits and withdrawals on wind bd:

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 BDT
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit
• Wind bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for any suspicious transactions

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrations only
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements for each bonus have been met
• Using bonus funds to play games other than those designated may be restricted
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will result in account suspension
• The referred person must complete successful verification to qualify for the referral bonus

6 Gaming Rules

Wind bd offers a wide range of games — Lottery, Sports Betting, Live Casino, and Slots. Each game category may have its own specific rules, but the following general rules apply across all games:

• All game outcomes are determined through a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded
• For Sports Betting, official results shall be considered final
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, wind bd's decision is final

Wind bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue any game at any time without providing a reason. Prior notice will be given if game rules are subject to change.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wind bd platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to steal or hack another user's account information
• Attempting to introduce malware or viruses into the system
• Bonus abuse or attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Harassing or threatening other players

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Wind bd may temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of terms and conditions
• If registration was completed using false or incomplete information
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected
• Due to a court order or legal requirement
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months)

Users may request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Wind bd takes the protection of your personal data seriously. We:

• Never sold to third parties

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions

• The effective date of any updated terms will be clearly stated
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
